Misjudged chin to philtrum ratio, fml. . . . .

My chin is 35mm when clenched and 40-43mm when relaxed (non-clenched), and I have an 18-19mm philtrum (thought it was 15, damnit). After I get my philtrum fixed, do you think I should get something to increase my chin height? Or do you think I should just leave it?

Figured out that it's my nose making my philtrum look long, my actual philtrum is 15-16mm apparently.
