Descending into a bloatcel feels worse than just never being lean to begin with how does one go from being able to see and feel every bone in their face with no softness from fat to barely being able to feel their zygomatic arches when they were sharp ridges 6 weeks ago

Me too kind of also from roiding and an allergic response (high histamine release) from Reta which I didn’t have before hoping it normalizes because I need to be 10% lean
