When I was 14 I had two molar teeth removed. I think this has caused some mild jaw recession and deep bite. According to the dentists, I won't get implants and braces until I'm in my twenties. Im 18 now so I have to wait atleast 2 years. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to prevent my jaw from recessing more?
