Some possible issues with the Studies mentioned in the video...

Studies were Surveys People lie to virtue signal even on anonymous surveys, because of hardwired instincts. This has been shown with surveys asking if people donated, or voted, etc. where the stats from the surveys do not match the real world results. Studies are often done on college women, which are even more likely to virtue signal.

Studies were on average attractiveness. Most girl thinking you're "above average" is not as useful as a higher number of girls thinking you're hot enough to date, but most girls thinking you're average or ugly. Variance in mating preference, is why an average rating is not always useful.

On the health of Cross breeding...

Cross bred dogs are healthier, so this theory holds up. Healthier immune system, and thus better development on average of skin, hair, etc. for mixed race people sounds legit.

One thing to consider is that these are U.S. studies which primarily focus on the black-white combo, while the studies in the video seemed to be primarily done in the UK. It's possible the black-white combo isn't as good as other combinations. Another possibility is that black women who go for white men, tend to be more desperate and have lower genetic quality and/or white men who go for black women tend to be more desperate and have lower genetic quality. The only way to address this, is if the studies also measured the health of the parents.
