Mixed Race Jaw Surgery (16M)

I'm a half Asian (Taiwanese descent) and half white mix. I have a crossbite and underbite. My problem is that in the future I don't know if I should go to a well known European surgeon or a Taiwanese surgeon that works mainly with Asian facial structure. I am willing to spend up to 100 k on jaw surgery in the future to get the best result; considering how important the face is. Aftercare would be easier since I have family in Taiwan that I know well. I really don't know what to do. Should I just get EASE expansion in California and then travel to Taiwan to get jaw surgery? I kinda look like an asian ryan gosling, narrow and tall chin, not as close set eyes, black hair, long midface, longish nose, zoomer gonial angle, tall forehead, high cheekbones but they dont project.

braces would actually help tremendously, I'd say braces first for the fucked up teeth and jaw then decide what surgeries you want

I don’t feel like asian jaw surgeons achieve ideal aesthetic results due to the asian beauty standard for softer features
