It cant make any difference, maybe some negative changes if you blast like 18iu wich 90% of the people wont

hgh or any other androgen will have minimal effect on your face, just look into some surgeries for your eye area instead. with a quick glance I can potentially recommend canthoplasty, fat grafting or some sort of implant for supras and infras.
