I’ve lean bulked before 9kg over 11 months and still got way higher bf then I’d like, I want to stay at around 8% when lean (veins on lower abs) and peak at 11%bf don’t think I can bulk substantially for a long period, I’ll try the MK-677 with berberine and see how I go. Thanks mateTrying to limit fat to none is going to cost you a lot of gains. Do a proper bulk and try not to get too fat. Then follow up with a fat loss phase to melt the excess fat off, if you get too fat like 6 weeks into the bulk then do a minicut then remain back to bulking.
In regards of MK677, it is a good product. Similar response as GH. 25mg MK is probably better than 2iu of GH even...and possibly as good as 5iu in many regards. It can make you sleepy and will cause a big appetite spike. Water retention can be pretty bad as well. You should see a nice boost of strength from it. I would recommend using a berberine product (1500mg per day) while using it.
25mg MK677 before bed is a great protocol to start.

I’m a natty pussy atm, will probs roid after 23 when my prettyboy collagen dies11 months is way too long though haha. Bulks should be a minimum of 8 weeks but ideally 12-16 weeks. If you can keep growing and put on mostly muscle then continue but most plateou esp if not on a blast.
