I am tempted to take it for my bone remodeling journey

But the scary effect is the permanent high blood sugar and insuline resistance generated by the product that occurs 24h for each intake

I know already it is better to take it at rest some hours after the last meal and before bed so (in rest insulinic state so)

But I think the intake of this product should require a specific diet and lifestyle to don't fall off in diabetic state

I dont know yet the reason behind it, maybe correlated to IGF1 elevation during the intake

Ok so I skip high glycemic indice food as much as possible

I am still overweight here so I need to keep great cautions to my glycemic system

Of course the overweight part can still be a remaining problem, maybe I will try to be hyperactive physically before envisaging taking it
