I’m pretty skinny and struggle to put on weight, so I’m planning to run MK-677 at 10mg daily for 8 weeks, along with berberine to keep blood sugar in check. 5 days on, 2 days off.
Main goal right now is simple: gain mass and size. I’m not too worried about facial bloating since I’m already pretty lean and wouldn’t mind looking a bit puffier for a few months if it helps me bulk up.
Has anyone here run a low dose like 10mg with berberine? How much weight did you realistically gain, and did the berberine actually help with the sides? Do i need to monitor my blood suger levels?
