i started bloating after using it cuz i ate a lot of candy and shit food but i cant help myself it tastes so good but if you can control it just dont eat a lot of junk food what i ate was lollipops animal crackers cake 2 teas 8 teaspoons of sugar a day donuts Belgian waffles bakery bread fast food etc just help yourself bro!
