Obviosuly the answer is to "eat in a caloric surplus blah blah"
I just struggle a lot with this as i have a wasian phenotype and all of my family is vegetarian execpt me so it means i have to cook my own food all the time. Asians are predomintantly quite skinny compared to other ethinicities and i wonder if this plays a role in it.
I need to bulk easily and im open to peptides, just not test or RAD-140, tren, etc. I was originally going to hop on cjc no dac + ipa but the thing is im a brokecel so cant afford to do more than one 2 WEEK cycle which just isnt helpful and maybe lets me put on a kilogram of lean muscle mass and like 0.5cm of height.
Obviosuly ive known about MK-677 for a while now but bottom line is. Its shit. The reason people take it is for "increases bone mass, produces GH" but seriously that is the worst peptide to take for GH you may as well take HGH
What i have seen people say is that MK makes people much hungrier and im thinking if i just use berberine an AI and monitor my blood sugar should i be fine if itake half doses of it, for the main intention of being hungrier and to bulk up. AND its cheap compared to an injectable since
Im wondering now:
how should i bulk up relativley fast for the winter whilst not ending up a fucking subhuman because i just drank chocolate milk and ate five guys for easy calories.
And wether or not this is a terrible idea
