MK-677 on accutane?

I started isotretinoin 4 weeks ago (60mg daily, meant to last 4 months).
I want to start taking MK, but even after research I'm unsure of the risks/impacts it may have on my body/liver/ro accutane.
Is it safe to take? What must I know before taking it etc.

not really considered as safe especially at a high dose. the combination poses potential risk to ur liver, and could even worsen ur acne + joint pain. i would say u should wait until you have completed ur 4-month cycle and consider taking mk-677 after ur skin and liver have normalized + blood work confirms recovery
