Mk-677 has negligible effects on your height and on your bones, its horrible and not worth it in my opinion.

Igf1-lr3 is decent, but at 18 I wouldn't say you would grow bones, most of your sutures are closed meaning that facially you won't be able to grow more bones.

If you want you can start taking test, which might make your bones more VISIBLE, but there's no way at your age to grow bones.

Wont work at 18 most definitely but igf 1 lr3 is def gives you bone instead of mk677

don't take mk-677 if you have diabetes (even if you haven't had any signs yet but by genetics you will have it)
