Is it safe to take 30mg a day for 30 days? I would cycle that shit like 1.5 weeks on, 1 off, and then 2.5 on again but do you even need to cycle mk though?
Ive also heard that I dont need a pct but Im not sure about that either

There isn't any reason to go beyond 25mg, after that the benefits barely increase but the side effects get worse. If you want to avoid insulin sensitivity problems, follow a 5 days on 2 days off protocol.

Well Greg Doucette said you can take it year round. And you don't need PCT.

Beware of water retention though, my face looks like a water balloon even at 7.5mg/day. Drink a lot of water and consider taking a natural diuretic to fight that.
