Currently 15 turning 16 next month
New MK stack i will try to grow taller + while incorporating my other routines and supplements
Aim is grow taller, as i have already outgrown both my parents.
Goal is +2.5 inches
Current plan in progress of doing (except haven't started MK stack yet, want advice on it)
Stack:
- MK677, 15mg dose to start out with, 5x a week, 2 days off, taken 30 mins before bed.
- huperzine A, 150mcg dose - helps removal of HGH inhibitor somatostatin allowing for more HGH release from mk677
- GABA, GABA stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone, aiding height growth
Routine:
- Sprint Method- One sprint every few hours 3-4 times a day max. Performing one all out sprint (20 sec) followed by a few hours of rest, repeated 3-4 times a day, optimizes HGH secretion by allowing for multiple high-intensity bursts while minimizing cortisol buildup and ensuring sufficient recovery between efforts. - Will do this 3-4 times a week MAX
- Stretching spine before sleep
- Animal Based diet, with lots of fruits, steak, butter, eggs, milk
- Gym 3x a week
- Daily sunlight 30mins to 1 hour
(I train tennis 5x a week which doesn't help at all, but it shouldn't really matter too much)
basic supplements included in my stack
- royal jelly
- l-arginine
- colostrum
- d3/k2
- magnesium/zinc
- MSM/Glucosamine
- Grape seed extrait
- Boron
- Creatine (1.5g only daily)
