ok since u wont accept my short answer ill give you the long one. mk-677 is not worth your time. you will go hyperglycemic with extended use due to the fact that it increases insulin resistance. on top of that your carb cravings go through the roof while adding on 5-10lbs of water weight. its great for igf-1 and slight hgh boost + sleep improvements but mostly for bodybuilding use cases tbh. i wouldnt use it for longer than 4 weeks at a time and no more than 20mg/day.
ive used mk-677 a multitude of times and its simply outperformed by igf1-lr3/des, peptides like ipa/cjc, or just straight up hgh all day every day.
