The calcium is partly unsupplemented, 70ish % comes from 2-3 litres of milk.

I chew on raw hide knots (very hard dog chew sticks) everyday for one hour. I am well aware of wolff's law.cosign everything. you will need to do bone smash, gymcel, and generally put your body through stressors so your bones and everything will adapt.
just lol @ those people who take this while ldaring. you will not see the full benefits that way.
i megadose mk4 with mk7. i don't mesagose calcium because those can stay in your system longer and have a cumulative effect on your bowel movement. i could supp maybe 20% daily value of calcium every 2 days
my jaw doubled in size from doing this+ sunning myself (with the maxilla and undereye area covered by heavy sunblock)
