not impossible but it would be indirect, if MK677 causes an increase in testosterone then it can cause an increase in E as a result. I cannot imagine the increase is significant, at any rate

It can raise prolactin. People who are very sensitive to prolactin and genetically predisposed to the prolactin raise could get gyno from it. Would be very rare and not happen to the vast majority though. Could be combated by taking 100mg of p5p daily.
