ibutamoren mesylate aka (mk677)
is a is a growth hormone secretagogue and it works by mimicking ghrelin (hunger hormone)
it stimulates more gh (growth hormone) which boost level of igf-1 alot of people talk about it for its effects on height and bone growth etc, more on that later
side effects -
when it comes to side effects some of the "major" ones people talk about are
- increased appetite
- water retention and bloating
- a tingling or numbness (almost no one gets this tho)
- fatigue or lethargy

how to prevent the side effects (mostly)
first i want to talk about the increased appetite obv theres going to be a appetite increase

next a tingling or numbness, no one gets this..
