Mk677 Dosing issue

Bought a bottle of mk677 (liquid form) and been using it for 2 days it comes with a graduated 1mL glass pipette.

how does everyone everyone prevent the pipette from not coming in contact with your mouth? Is this something to worry about since saliva might deactivate the substance? How does everyone else prevent this?

I think you should put the drop in water and drink it , I think it’s written somewhere in the bottle
