It's placebo. You won't feel side-effects this early and it takes much more GH than what mk677 is going to give you to make your hands numb.

ethanol (also called ethyl alcohol and drinking alcohol) is in half of liquid oral drugs.
a whole box of mk677 would not be enough to make you drunk
