IGF-1 helps with osteoclast and osteoblast, so, with a thing more powerful than MK677 it is going to help a lot, with just mk677 probably not so much.

You need to have a proper oral posture and if possible you could also facepull.

how is mk677 not powerfull?

I don't understand why it gets slammed all the time for being weak and such, this guy's IGF-1 response was far greater than his when he was taking GH. People on forums constantly rank MK677 higher than peptide stacks such as CJC with a ghrp. I do agree though, if you want actual growth you need to stack it with a ghrh and a ghrp.
