I’ve currently been on mk for abt 2 weeks now and I’ve noticed some differences especially in my pumps at the gym and water retention in my face but it seems that for the most part the only thing it’s really doing it just prolonging my pumps. Is there anything else that I can realistically expect out of it? I’m 5’9 160 20 mg of mk also using berberine twice a day for insulin sensitivity resistance. What should I stack with for peak results while also being able to stay physically healthy. I’m also wondering how long it will stay in your system since I have to do piss test for NCAA
