I was wondering if someone could list all the side effects and if it would be worth it for my case

Age: 15 3/4
Height: 5’9 1/2
Mom height: 5’5 1/2
Dad height: 6’0

I have a friend who went on a cycle and grew 2 inches in a few months at 16, do you think it possibly speeds up your inevitable height but doesnt change adult height?
Nigga is as tall as me at my age but have parents 2 times taller than mine. Like bro, how fucked up your life was growing up??

I am also 15 3/4 and 5'9" but my father is 5'8" ish and mother is 5'2". And I was also late in puberty. But you seem to have every reason to grow taller but still same as my height. Its genetic ik but its more likely that you had a lack of testosterone growing up.

I was like 5’0 on my 13th birthday so i prolly got an inch or two left regardless. I dont think its that bad, you prolly just got really lucky then.

Dads dad is also like 5’6 and brother is 19 and 5’8

only good to eat more food and better sleep, negligible overall impact

You are close to your mid-parental height.
I had stopped growing at that point and generally you are not expected to grow significantly anymore. For many men Plates close between 16-17 but it depends. Did you experience a late or early start of puberty? Do you still look more like a child than an actual men?

Maybe MK could contribute, if you have any growth left and your plates are still open. However you would need something extra to balance out your blood sugar or simply step up your cardio/ go for 20min walks after every larger meal. Check your blood glucose at least every 2 weeks to avoid any type of pre-diabetic state.
Do moderate weightlifting to encourage bone-remodeling and bone density increase. Muscles also help in regulating blood sugar.
Go out at a sunny day for half an hour/ day at least and supplement Magnesium, Vitamine D3, K2 and calcium.
You could also buy an Ai, which can help in keeping your growth plates open for longer. However higher doses, that are necessary here are likely to crash your estrogen by 60-70%+, which has several other downsides for a developing body. It is always a trade off. Be aware of that.

I had a pretty late start to puberty, was like 5’0 on my 13th bday and even today dont have any facial hair and still have a very youthful appearance in comparison to my peers so i think my plates will close in 2ish years. In addition i have grown like 2 inches since the start of 2024

If im a pretty active person, going out and playing soccer for like 45 min 4-5 times a week do i have anything to worry about regarding blood sugar?

He is close to his expected height and likely even grows a tad bit taller naturally. What has that to do with a lack testosterone in particular? With his parents height, he is not expected to grow much taller.
Also genetics, overall nutrition, size at birth or growth hormones play a far more crucial role for an individuals height than testosterone.
In contrast extremely high testosterone levels can induce early puberty and lead to a smaller overall adult stature and premature growth plate closure. Just take a look outside, the tallest people are definitely not the most dimorphic looking per se. So while testosterone does play a role in encouraging bone growth and lengthening, its actual correlation to relatively tall height in men is not that strong.

And also will taking AIs reduce bone mass?

It depends on your individual response to this type of stuff. You are very young and hence your resistance to this type of stuff is usually significantly greater than at an older age. So yeah it could be enough but you should still track your blood sugar regularly.

Injecting HGH in your balls is more effective

It can happen yes, as estrogen is important for bone health, density and remodeling. Therefore you should only use it, if your plates are still open.
You can mitigate this effect though by supplementing the stuff I told you about and generally eating healthy or actively working out.

This sounds so much like a cope. Yes, theoretically, unnatural amount of testosterone leads to premature closure of growth plates but its when you take external supplies. I had an extreme amount of testosterone levels growing which effect you can still see on my adam's apple which I have never met a single person with one as prominent as mine and my voice is as deep as my father. And I was rather late to puberty following my family lineage and I am significantly taller than my parents in general. People in my family (on the dad's side) tends to grow 3-4 inches from my age and on wards. I really hope you see my point.

Forgot to mention my dad was like 5’10 junior year and grew like 2 inches before graduating. Are these types of situations genetic and should I take this into account when deciding to take supplements?

Would 25mg of the liquid per day be too much
depends on the side effects, could cause a lot for someone and be completely fine for the other. measure your blood glucose levels fasted early in the mroning 2-3 time a week and use berberine before big meals

Your personal experiences do not matter much though but rather the effects that can be observed on a larger sample of men.
This has nothing to do with cope. There are just about as many shorter men with higher testosterone levels than vice versa.
There are much more and complex variables involved than simply higher relative testosterone exposure, which by the way is primarily genetic as well.

For instance I have a prominent adams apple/ deep voice as well and naturally higher testosterone levels, that were regularly measured (always between 800-900). Still I am only marginally taller than my dad despite having a mum, that is almost as tall and very tall relatives. But these stats are basically as pointless as yours.

Best is to simply get a x-ray scan and observe, whether your plates are still open. If your dad continued growing for a longer spell, you generally do have a relatively ok-ish chance of a similarly long growth spell. But genetics work in complex ways, you can not tell for certain.
