Can doing MMA or muay thai replace the traditional weights gym
does it have the same impact on height?
personally I dont mind having a little less muscle if it meant knowing how to fight

If that's your priority then make it so. Gym is better for muscle though.

Yeah because foids love a man who knows how to grapple other men instead of a good physique

little to no hypertrohpy since its an entirely different sport. martial arts are mostly for endurance and actually mastering the skill. lifting weights requires basically no endurance.

both have little impact on height? not sure what u mean

well everyone always says to maximise your potential, you gotta excerise
im wondering is doing MMA an acceptable alternative that will give the same results

jfl if u think this is true, did you see the jealous ltn dominate clav cus he knew it was over for himself. Gotta be ready to defend yourself against these jealous copers.

oh yeah in that case any type of physical activity works. mma is a very good option.

thank you bro
how many times a week is optimal
and if i do two sessions in a day would you count that as two workouts?

If you want a broken nose, ugly ears and not real hipertrophy of muscles you can do mma instead of gym

I conceal carry myself but what ur saying is cope, it did happen in the states and ur not going to have to be able to carry everywhere. Like bars/clubs for examples. getting ur ass beat in front of MTB at the bar is genuine ropefuel btw jfl:lul:

Do listen to the others if you enjoy mma then do it your still gonna maintain most of ur muscle if u sustain a good high protein diet. But it’s also very cardio intensive so you will definitely loose some muscle but not too visible.

well id stand a better chance against a knife than a gun
thats true but like everyone says you shouldnt even be fighting at all in public. even if its a one on one you shouldnt. if mma seems cool to learn for you, it should only be for competitions and because its something you like to do. not for starting or participating in street fights for no reason lmao

didnt work for me,

i started with mma but i was to weak, u dont really gain a lot of muscle from it, a good choice of cardio tho.

start with gym and then go to mma

or do both at the same time
