Whats that?
Thyroid hormone
T4 = Levothyroxine, T3 = Levo Triiodothyronine

Could take NDT (Natural Dissected Thyroid) which is 4/1 T4/T3 ratio, equal amount per grain. Basically just dried pig or ox Thyroid gland in pill form, could order online

Just eat as few calories as you can handle and do walks while lifting weight. Stay hydrated. Literally crash diet is the only way to quickly lose fat, and it works.

won't it crash metabolism long term though?

This is a controversial topic. AFAIK the science doesn't support any "metabolism crash". Its basically like this:

When a person loses any significant amount of weight, their metabolic rate will be downregulated because of the lower mass - metabolic rate is basically only tied to bodyweight and gender in healthy individuals. However, its been observed that around 50% of people gets an additional metabolic adaptation where they need less calories than their weight would suggest long term.

So for instance, a person weighing 80KG which have never gone through significant fat loss will have a basal metabolic rate of say 1500kcal. Another person same sex and age weighing 80KG who have gone through significant weight loss may only have a basal metabolic rate of say 1300kcal. I think 100-250kcal approx was the range.

Most of the time when people crash diet and regain quickly, it is the compounding effect of 1) lower metabolic rate because of their lower weight + potentially a somewhat lower metabolic rate because of large amount of weight loss 2) Increased appetite from crash dieting 3) lack of knowledge about how to control caloric intake - with upregulated ghrelin production, mental exhaustion from dieting and no control mechanism, it quickly spirals out of control. What happens is they start eating way too many calories (lets say, averaging 3000kcal when they only need 2000), and in few weeks will have bloated up significantly both in terms of fat and water (increased salt, carb intake).

On the other hand, knowledgable guys in the industry, including MPMD & Layne Norton seems to be convinced that reverse dieting and "starvation mode" is legit. Just know it isn't supported by any scientific literature. At least I haven't seen it.
