When exactly are the mod-admin elections?? Are they yearly, biannual, or triannual?? If they're yearly, then WHEN do they take place?? Tell me also more details like who will take part, how to take part, etc etc.

He just missed the sub-mod applications. Every moderator starts out as a sub-mod and works their way up from there. There aren’t fixed times for when we recruit, we announce it in the News and Announcements section.
