I actually would if there were currently a surgeon like Sinn who was both willing to do it and well-respected/had experience doing it. If I could go back in time I would have just gone to Sinn when he was offering these to anyone willing to pay. It would have done insane things for my face and sex appeal.

He mostly does implants and not maxillofacial stuff, I wouldn't trust someone like that to do mod LF3.

It's not thaaaat hard to get someone to do it on you. There are a good number of dodgy third world surgeons who would.
(That's what Giant Implants is trying to make a supply of)

He was the only one doing it and he retired recently unfortunately, though custom peek implants can achieve the exact same results as MLF3 given that the design is good.

You're not getting LF3, modified or otherwise. People on these forums have been asking about LF3 since the very beginning, and no one--not a single person--ever ended up getting it. Numerous others have gotten LF1. If you want upper jaw surgery, that is your realistic option.
