how recessed are you to be considering lefort 3
usually the candidates for lefort 2+ have extremely severe midfacial hypoplasia

I think i am a candidate. I would need to talk to a doctor that does it, but my midface is looking very "pushed back"

highly doubt you are considering pic rel is a candidate for lefort 3

There are much less recessed people that did the surgery than this one. My case is not that drastic thank god, but still pretty recessed from side my cheekbones are as non visable similar to after of this surgery, not before.

Lefort 3 IS NOT THE SAME as modified lefort3

Modified Lefort 3 is easy surgery and very low risk it doesn’t peel your face off like full Lefort 3

The doctor that done it would be dr sin and Joachim Obwegeser
