I'm not sure if this is a rep farm. Yes, there are reps given within seconds, but they have been given to many users multiple times.

I think basin do it legit because the volume he do it is much less . He saw reping gave a lot of rep and decide to do it manually. Is ez to do on pc if you open a lot of tab
