if by cardio you mean playing a sport then cardio

The one that you're not doing alone. So if your buddy hates cardio, lifting is the most fun and vice versa.

Gym for lifiting cardio to cut and still lift ofc

Cardio's actually not that bad in terms of enjoyment it's just that I hardly ever do it and lift weights instead 90% of the time.

the problem about lifting weights is that after the 1st year it becomes boring asfuck and you barely see any improvment from month to month, while on running/cycling you can clearly see an improvement every week even on your 2nd year.

yeah, if you live in europe espesically then the views are amazing tbh .
i enjoy road biking more tho, and uphills mostly

i like long distance running, i know people say it’s bad for your knees but it brings a feeling to me that lifting weights can’t, like lifting is cool and it’s fun getting stronger in the compound lifts, but running (especially in nature) is just so therapeutic and really helps with bringing my mind to peace

If you could only pick one, lifting. Ideally, you should be doing both however.

People who find cardio hard/boring only do running, they ignore other things like biking skating hiking and more

gym=rapid progress

sports/cardio=maintenance

most people's lifestyle however makes the latter impossible or difficult to schedule, so they just continue gymceling
