if you have severe acne scars, please do go to a professional, other than that it is 2025 and if you are going to a dermatologist for anything other than severe cases you are wasting your money.

an example of severe acne scarring:
165175340 1340710126307780 2729053983561468889 n
as you can see, horrendous and requires professionals.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • Nitrile/Surgical Gloves without powder
  • Isopropanol Alcohol, anywhere from 70% to 99.9%, the stronger the better (isopropanol alcohol is in many skincare products and is safe for skin, if you have sensitive skin, you will need to find a cleansing alcohol that is safe for use on skin)
  • Numbing Cream if you're sensitive to pain [fucking pussy]
  • Derma Roller, Derma Stamp, or Derma Pen (Derma Pen is the best option)
  • Gauze Pads

GUIDE:

*Derma Tool should only be 1.0mm, do not go lower than that or exceed 1.5mm for at-home operations, you will not need more than 1.0mm, for the nose and under eye area do not exceed 0.5mm*

Step 1: Place whichever Derma Tool you decide to use
in isopropanol alcohol for 12 hours before use
Dermaroller 00

Step 2: When time comes, wash your hands thoroughly with soap,
and put on your nitrile gloves
61Yn8iOQoIL

Step 3: If you are using numbing cream, then put it on your face
30-60 minutes before operating
Topical anaesthetic face

Step 4:
Wipe off the numbing cream using Gauze Pads,
ensuring all of it has come off
61a31ft455L UF8941000 QL80

Step 5:
Start using the Derma Tool on your face, in circular motions if using a pen, any other tool use as it is intended to be used
make sure to cover the entire face, be careful on the nose and under eye area
Thumbnail photo

Step 5b: use the gauze pads to wipe off any blood that starts to appear

A session should take 30 minutes for the whole face, certain specific areas like forehead should
only take 10 minutes

AFTERCARE:

  • After the procedure, your face may be red, if using 1.5mm it will be really red, do not touch your face at all whatsoever for the next 12 hours
  • 12 hours after procedure you may wash your face with lukewarm water only
  • 24 hours after procedure you may use light moisturisers, and gentle cleansers, however it is better if you wait longer, 48 hours is ideal
  • Stay out of the sun for a week, wear a hood or use an umbrella if you're going outside
  • 72 hours after procedure you may reintroduce your skincare routine, but slowly, avoid any harsh ingredients like acids, exfoliators, and retinoids
  • After 1 week of light moisturisers and gentle cleansers, you can reintroduce the hardcore stuff
  • your skin may start to peel from day 3 to 5 or be very dry, that is normal, it's doing exactly what it should be doing

Repeat this every 30 days, most people may need 4-7 sessions, some people may only need 1 or 2, enjoy youthful and glowing skin from now on you handsome cunt

You can get an electrical derma pen which in this case is 100 times better than the roller

no, microneedling is not enough to remove them

you may need either of the following:
  • laser therapy
  • z-plasty
  • w-plasty
  • skin expansion
  • skin grats in severe cases
  • maybe dermal fillers

lol, you need literal divine intervention if u got scars as severe as these, not "professionals"
i got mild to moderate scarring but even i have trouble "fixing" them, i tried microneedling up to 3mm and co2 lasers w little success (%20-25), about to get subcision + ha fillers for them in 4 days, like imagine even i, a guy with mild to moderate scars have gone this far to fix them yet u recommend lasers for severely deformed skin you actual retard
so stop the shameless coping, u dont know how deep this rabbithole goes

20-25% is not little success, the point is its doing something.
you have mild to moderate scarring and performed 3.0mm microneedling on your skin when its not recommended to go past 2.0mm even at the clinical level, did you not for a second think that 3.0mm is a bit much for your skin condition and may actually make your skin a little worse or may not be as effective as maybe a 1.5mm or a 2.0mm?
how am i the retard? maybe learn about your own skin more and the scars would go away, stop acting like your doomed when there is a way out of nearly everything
there is no rabbit hole, just do what you think will fix your skin, and stop hating on a forum just because either you or your dermatologist is shit at operating.
