If you are wondering what to eat just replicate this full day of eating.
Warning: the hardest part about this diet plan is finding good sources of food. If you don't have a farmer's market nearby or are too aspie to build a network for sourcing organic meat then kys.
This diet plan example is very sustainable and you don't get tired of it simply because it's tasty and satiating.
If you are a poorcel or don't have good connections you might be in trouble.
Breakfast: Fermented food
Main -1 L of full fat raw milk kefir.
Calories: 700 cal
Literally no cooking or preparation unless you make the kefir yourself. This is the best probiotic food out there. Most of the lactose will be turned into acid and the casein will be pre-digested so once you get used to the kefir you will be enjoying a highly digestible skinmaxxing food.
Lunch: Organ Meat + Eggs
Salad - 1 big avocado + light greens + liberal amount of incel olive oil
Main - sourdough bread with liver pate ( i make myself the pate with chicken liver, raw butter, and onions) + 5 scrambled eggs with butter
Calories: around 1200cal
This is by far the easiest way to eat liver. Just make it into a pate with rich butter and spread in on bread. I consume 100g of chicken liver everyday with enjoyment. I make the pate once a week and use is a spread throughout the week. Easiest skinmax out there, no need to ram raw liver down your throat.
Snack: Fruit in Season
Peeled apples are super easy on the digestive system
Calories: aiming for 200 cal
I just feel fresh when eating fruit. No need to follow if you have serious reservations towards sugar.
Dinner: Wild Fatty Saltwater Fish
Salad - carrots + liberal amount of incel olive oil
Main - baked/roasted atlantic mackerel + 1 avocado side dish
Calories: 900 -1000cal
Mackerel is mogger fish because it's very fatty (omega 3 + vit D), it's always wild caught (the jews don't know how to farm it yet), it's fairly small in size and grows fast so you don't get much mercury and plastic cuckparticles.
