Example: you are lean and go for chubby chicks.

You just have to go for girls that you don't find very attractive but 'passable' for something casual, no long-term intentions.

yes perfectly said. This is exactly how it works. Im pretty bad socially (not too horrible anymore thanks to my job) and clearly non NT. You will struggle hard with relationships.
