If you do things like especially learn how to fight, have a good body, and realize that one can get rejections from a lot more factors then looks including sexual availability, her friends, etc, and see that a certain amount of " no " lead to a " yes", then you can be grounded without having to take substances.

Also micro dosing shrooms can put you in a social state . Might be interesting to try.
