Moko Animation or Harmony's Toon Boom?

Both are suspiciously priced high. I know about Toon Boom, at the time, it cost too much considering the glitches. I canceled. But now with AI voice, I think I can pull something rather disturbing off with a lot of fucking creepyness!

I'm considering Moko, though.

Does anyone have any experience with those two in recent times?
