moles after mt1

I just started mt1 at 200mc 7x a week, after week 1 I went up to 250mc per day. At the first day of week 3 on which i started up to 300mc I realised i got so many new moles in my face then i went down to 250.

The moles are getting more and more an rn Im in week 4 on 200 the first 3 days and now im down at 150 and my moles are getting more and more. I currently have about 20 moles on my face and I also got some of moles on my body. What should i do now? I dont want no new moles and want the moles generally to disappear but I dont wanna lose my tan.
A lot of pepole said I got a nice tan and shit but the moles are getting to much.
Is their a possible solution where I keep my tan and the moles disappear?
Btw i went 1x per week 5 min into sunbed

dnr because I don't care about the tan but I wonder why not use isotret? to make your pores and maybe hopefully your nose smaller?

u can get skin cancer my bro mt1 has been linked to that so js get that checked up and if u r chilling keep going.
