also hematomas have that dark purpleish color, my zygos don't have bruise marks at least after like 2 days have passed since the last bone smashing session

No it will change your bones slightly, been bonesmashing for a while and the other day I took a mirror selfie and they were highkey poppin, I haven't changed my diet or worked out for a minute since like March so it's not weight loss or debloat
