for some context i turned 16 tday, and me my mom & dad went to dinner and things escalated between me & my mom and she said “i always ruin everything” which wasn’t too bad but it made me think back to when my ex was ending it and said the exact same shit to me, so i broke down in silence, and my mom made me go to the car and cussed me out for crying while my dad did jack shit. went home and ate cake with dad, tried to slit my wrists cause i don’t have any recreational drugs around, but couldn’t even muster up the courage to do that because i am a pussy. i’m genuinely so lost, please help. taking a few days off school to recover my mental.
