save up the money your parents give you and other, also do some investing so when you think about hardmaxxing u got the money to it. Or simply just ask your parents jfl

do a part time job (assuming you are in uni and living w/ parents) and allocate 50% or more of income to surgery costs. This will allow you to get enough money in 2-6 months depending where you get the surgery (countries like Turkey and in SEA are cheaper)
