Assuming you are
-moderately self disciplined and able to self learn
-intelligent in 3D spatial understanding and use of computer software
-have decent math skills and a logical mind
-entrepreneurial/confident mindset
-free time to invest in developing this skillset
-consistent and eager for success
Learn how to draft-model-draw-design-blueprint- bunch of other words meaning same shit
for engineering drawings, architecture drafts/blueprints, manufacturing technical drawings,
pretty much anything in any industry that needs people to draft up models/blueprints for design, analysis, manufacturing, etc
You can make a business out of it and contract yourself out
people who are good at this shit and contract themselves out thru a business layout can make anywhere from 80-150 cad/hour, so there’s a lot of room to build a company (get clients, hire skills drafters and pay them 30-50/hr, and you make the rest,
and the initial cost to start a business like this is not that much (printers, cad software, etc)
and even if you don’t want to take the business route, There are jobs for large companies that will pay 80-150k (cad) depending on if you are truly skilled and experienced and also how long you work for them
