Is it worth it to cash your investments to buy surgeries as a 4-5 face rating young man. It would be a very big financial hit especially considering the future profits from investments. What do you think one should do? The looksmaxxing channels that I asked said the surgery (bimax+genio) would ascend me somewhere around 6

It's entirely dependent on your circumstances brother.
Wish I could give you a definitive answer but it's up to you.
Do you think you can make that money back? Would spending that money yield a significant financial burden? Would your quality of life improve to such an extent that you could justify these surgeries?
Got to just keep thinking on it, these decisions take time.
Money comes back though, opportunities don't. So if you are going to do it, do it sooner rather than later.

If the bp channels theories of life getting good at around 6 face rating are true then its worth it. Im just horrified of the idea of spending a lot of money to still be invisible lol. Height im 6 ft 2 so a 6 face instead of 4-5 might be the decisive change for my life to change

Maybe ask some people on here if they can morph your face to guestimate how you'd look after the surgeries you're after. Then see what you think.
Could also experiment on dating apps with (not obviously) morphed photos and see how differently you're treated.

Depends on your income honestly.

For an American earning $100k a year, a bimax is a few months pay.
For a European earning $30k a year it’s a years pay.
For an Indian making $5k a year it’s over half a decade.

You might match the S&P with your pay rises for a few years if you’re lucky but if you’re unlucky it will just fly away from you and your starting salary will be your lifetime best salary. Thats why looking for jobs with “good progression” is a scam and you need to look for the highest starting pay even if there’s no real progression.

Btw if you don’t get surgery now, you will go insane and do it later, trust me on that one. Get it out of the way.
