Trying to stick to monthly updates. It’s been a month since my first post, feels fast but I’ve made some small changes that actually helped.




Main difference is getting a hairstyle for consistent hair/ trying to get one, ( sometimes doesn't set ) this time. Before, I had no style at all, just bad facial hair and random hair texture every day. I grew it out a bit and started using a bro styler like some of you suggested . Not perfect but looks way more consistent now, not like a different guy in every pic.


Switched to sulfate free shampoo+cond as was just using only the cheapest shampoo before. just showering with warm water and cold at the end. Haven’t had dandruff but keeping it simple. Not using too many products yet, bought a load from my last 2 posts and will wait till they run out before switching anything up.


Also started a basic skincare routine from what people here recommended. Can’t say it’s changed everything but it’s more effort than I’ve ever put in before and my skin feels smoother at least.


Still broke so diet is trash and I haven’t bought any of the big stuff like finasteride or minoxidil yet, but plan to do it once I get some money together. No shedding yet but family line is cursed so I want to start before it’s noticeable. Also planning to try microneedling with it when I can afford it.


Running daily (6km/day right now), aiming for 10km/day by July. Trying to build consistency even if nothing looks crazy yet since some people said I need to lose facial fat

Once you get your finances together I would actually suggest oral minoxidil instead of topical. You would benefit from thicker eyebrows, eyelashes, and honestly you probably would rock a beard better than clean shaven. Your jaw is not that bad honestly, but the thin lips fuck you up quite a bit so having a beard is good in that case (only if it were thicker than what you had before, it's better to be clean shaven than having a patchy beard)

Secondly, just keep going with the skincare routine and figure out a way to make your colouring better (tan, fake tan, whatever it may be). You look like you don't go out much, so looking healthier by having a tan is better.

Not much else as of right now, better to go in small steps. Keep going!! (y)

But tbh 5 kg down doesnt even really count as a lot of that will be water weight. We need to judge strictly off bodyfat percentages

Maybe try get my first ab vein by june 17th? Never had one there before. Only bicep and forearm veins but they are there no matter what.

Already got bicep veins. Theyre just kinda faint.

Will do thanks, finasteride wise they have it near me but only in 5mg tablets which is super high I think? For beginners, I should only get 1mg ones? for minoxidil I will remember to get oral version as well thx. Beard wise I tried a bit there but no real structure, one issue I still suffer from is when shaving it still irritates the skin and comes up in some ugly rash you can see in most pics, tried electric razor but not deep enough, so everytime I tried to shape the beard it just ended up badly. I did think my lips seem thinner compared to all the people I see in those insta reels etc, not sure how much I can do about that, probably some surgery thing but will look into it.

Yeah I leave my room only to run in the morning to run and for work so am never outside, using the vita c toner and niacinimide for complexion but maybe tanning is the way. thx for advice

Those finasteride 5mg tablets are usually cheaper than the 1mg ones. You could always try to cut them into 5 pieces, even if it ends up being inaccurate it will equal out at the end of the week so doesn’t really matter. If that’s too hard maybe cutting them into 4 also works, 1.25 is not that much of a difference.

I don’t know what you are referring to with the electric shaver, I use a foil shaver and it’s pretty close to the skin honestly, you could look into that.

People on here (myself included) avoid the sun or use SPF50 when outside because it can lead to wrinkles, loss of skin elasticity, etc. I usually opt for fake tan for that reason. But compared to being pale I think it’s better to tan at least a tiny bit, just to get a healthier glow. If you moisturize well it won’t be that bad regarding wrinkles IMO

There’s tanning lotions where you only have to apply it after a shower for example and it gradually builds up a tan. You can choose how dark you want to go depending on how many days you use it consecutively. Maybe you could apply it only to your face and neck at night and you will look better at work the next day (if that specific product suits you obviously)

I’ve read on other posts your hair is very greasy, definitely wash it in the morning. If it’s extremely oily you don’t have to worry about over stripping it as much. Many dermatologists recommend washing the scalp everyday, be it with a gentle shampoo for dryer hair types or a more stripping shampoo for oily hair types. So don’t worry too much about that.

Everything is trial and error honestly, this shit takes time and effort but keep going man!
