Been feeling a bit happier from seeing some initial progress but I’ve still got a long way to go.
This month was meh for the most part. Skincare’s been going fine. in terms of weight loss, Month 1 was great however this one I only dropped about 7 lbs. I’m 273 now, I’ve been exercising more, started a new job which will get me some more exercise, which is nice.
Hair hasn’t really changed, I think it’s fine for now. I’ve been icing my face whenever I can remember to daily because I heard it has benefits, unless that was a bunch of brainrot lies, but I’ve felt good anyway. Still looking for the best way to mitigate UEE (hey I learned a new term!) and also a way to make my left eyebrow symmetrical to the right (probably impossible without surgery rahhh) but hey this month wasn’t bad at all.
My goals for next month is to drop as much as I can, get atleast under 265 and aim for under 260. Keep up with skincare and stuff just make my skin better, and to get Minoxidil. I’ve heard of something that’s good for me, volufiline, but I’m not exactly sure what it is or what it does I’ve just heard of it. Anyone who’s willing to explain let me know lol

How do you only lose 7lbs? Do intermittent fasting, and eat a bunch of empty calories for your meals. Also you could take a GLP-1 agonist for additional help as well.

Truth is, your shit eating habits are a manifestation of poor general self-control most likely. To not gain it all back like they do on TV shows right after, you have to stop relying on the instant pleasure it gives, and redirect what you value from pleasure to your mission, e.g evolving and becoming a better version of yourself. If you really focus on evolving your being, you will become what you seek.

Looking this good at 273lb is insane, your potential is very high just leanmaxxing will ascend you close to chadlite judging from eyearea

Bruh how are you 270? Are you that tall? You'd have to be either 6 5 or you just don't hold a lot of fat In your face (which is a good thing).

Continue losing weight (try to get to 12-13% body fat, anymore as a natty isn't worth it), lift heavy weights, eat well and sleep a lot and you will ascend in no time. Don't fall for the memes of needing more and more. All you need is weight loss, some muscle( don't forget neck as well), social skills and you're golden.
