Because instead of trying the million other things you could do to fix your acne you went for the last resort right away because you lack the willpower to make simple changes in your life instead of having to take drugs with tremendous side affects just to remove your pimples(In your case it seems like that didn’t work either so you are just left with pimples AND all the bad stuff that comes from this medication)

Did carnivore for 3 months, fasted for 5 and 7 days twice and nothing impacted my skin despite tretinoin so far. Funny thing is i used to eat like absolute shit and had model tier skin when i was younger
