Squat: 50 to 80kg
Deadlift: 60 to 80kg
Bench: 25 to 40kg
Ohp: 20 to 25kg
Row: 25kg to 40kg
Barbell curl: 20 to 25kg
Tricep extension/skullcrusher: 10 to 20kg
