More defined ramus

this is kinda weird, but when i look in the mirror by ramus has clear defintion, but when i take a picture it doesnt look as good. anyone know what i can do to get a more defined ramus (apart from weight loss)

you rule out the only option that will make a significant difference.
The only thing outside of weight loss to make your ramus more defined is surgery or fillers

its Elliot Rodgers, not a school shooter though. he shot up isla vista, this pic is taken before the shooting though, he went to starbucks after killing two of his room mates. Saint Elliot.

weight loss shld do it hopefully, im 20% bf, it is defined but just not as much as it used to be especially in pics. But surgery i always an option, just have to save up
