How to fix? I went to ophtalmologist and told me no diagnosis can be made there and then to go to neurology. There's no assymetry in the morning and then as the day goes I maintain hooding on the left eye and start loosing it on the right eye. I can only wink with my left eye, so could that muscle imbalance be an issue? Please help I've had this for over a year and no progress, the only thing going for my eye area is positive canthal tilt.

what do you mean by more hooding? is it your right eyelid that drops down a little more?

It drops a bit and the hooding skin above the eyelid gets like recessed and goes upward instead of maintaining symmetry with the other eyelid's hooding

can't you just show a picture?

did u try an eyepatch?
i mean close the dominant eye and walk and train the weak one
ALSO.
Do both of your eyes see well?
0.25 in the left eye, 0.5 in the eye that has the problem of loosing hooding throughout the day

its mirrored, the left eye on screen is the physical right eye that loses its hooding throughout the day
That's the opposite of mirrored my friend. Your eye looks like it's swollen a little bit, bringing your eyelid down. Does it look more protruded from the side than your other eye ?

No, they are both as portruding

But I've been told that my right side looks swollen, I will try sleeping on my back for a few months consistently and set what that'll do

yes
wear an eyepatch
close ur dominant eye - that sees better (.25 one)
and walk around with WEAK eye (.5 one)
ur gonna train and rebuild the connection
God bless you, thank you so much

Anyhow it's really not that bad you shouldn't stress it, might just be mild asymmetry. I have this same "issue". Just keep monitoring it, if it gets worse there might be an underlying condition that could be more serious

Idk exactly but for me when I had a bad diet and was fat I had close to no periorbital fat. I eat better now and have pretty good hooding. I believe it is caused by the diet
i eat mainly meat, dairy, potatoes and rice
