Bud even eating puts stress on your body. That's no excuse. If we avoided every excersize cause it puts stress on your body, you would be just sittint all day. That's obviously not healthy, and being healthy is the base pillar of anti-aging

constant high stress is bad for your health. Stress itself is not.

With that considered, yes gym is bad for your health if you're busting your balls every day and using roids to shorten recovery window. This is where the shortened lifespan of bodybuilders come from.

So make sure you stay within reasonable ranges in the gym. Cycle between muscle groups in your training routine so your muscles can fully recover. Stress wont be a problem then.

No, walking isn’t really excersize
 
Any form of physically demanding exercise is in theory harmful to your body in the medium and long term (you age faster), and by default, will make your body weaker and vulnerable sooner. In fact, every second you don't sleep in bed will age you faster :lul:

That's why the kings of the old empires only stayed in huge castles, always did the minimum of physical exercises, (basically eating and fucking stacys all day) while getting everything in bed or in their personal room (going places and doing stuff, stuff in general, it's for the poor, lol), just like today's billionaires, sitting all day on islands/yachts under umbrellas on sun loungers, and getting everything at their feet without them doing anything too demanding.

Even walking down the street is harmful, or just sitting in a chair from this point of view..

Ideally, you want to have as little weight as possible, so your muscles and bones don't have to carry the extra fat and meat, putting more pressure on your nervous system, and exercise (not to hard, no to much) to maintain your weight but still ''move'' your body parts daily (exactly what exercises old people do in Chinese parks). Nutrition, mental and emotional stress also have a huge impact :feelsshh: :oops:
