Morning debloat method from a model

Here is the morning debloat routine i use during fashion week before castings/shows, thought some of you might find useful/interesting.
-First a huge glass of water for hydration/flushes body
-15 minute workout:crunches/pushups/squats gets blood circulating
-then a double espresso (diuretic)
-smoke a cigarette or two whilst walking around outside (cardio+nicotine increases metabolic rate)
(fyi cigarettes are awful for your health and addictive but can be useful however i don’t recommend unless necessary)
